SEVENTEEN kicked off their highly anticipated “Right Here” tour in the Philippines with an electrifying performance at the Philippine Sports Stadium. The concert opened with a dramatic visual display as red lights flooded the stage, revealing the silhouettes of dancers moving to an energetic rhythm. As the music reached a dramatic peak, three members—Wonwoo, Vernon, and Hoshi—emerged, sending the crowd into a frenzy.
Wonwoo’s deep voice rang out with the opening lines of “Fear,” instantly igniting deafening cheers from the audience. The trio quickly disappeared behind an LED screen, which parted to reveal the full group atop elevated platforms, locking eyes with the sea of fans.
SEVENTEEN, one of the world’s top-selling acts in 2023, proved their dominance as they launched the Bulacan leg of their “Right Here” tour. While the haunting 2019 track “Fear” was a departure from the high-energy openers of previous tours, it was an effective choice, drawing the crowd into a wave of excitement.
“Every time we come to the Philippines, the reactions of Filipino Carats are really hot,” Hoshi exclaimed, acknowledging the passionate energy of their Filipino fans. The group’s two-day concert has been a stunning showcase of their global appeal.
