Country music sensation Luke Combs touched down on the Gold Coast Monday, ready to kick off his highly anticipated Australian tour. Fresh off performances in Auckland, the seven-time Grammy nominee was seen grabbing a much-needed caffeine fix, cutting a relaxed figure as he stepped into a local cafe.
Dressed casually for his flight, the 34-year-old “Hurricane” hitmaker sported a baggy hoodie with the Appalachian State University football team logo, paired with loose camouflage pants and white sneakers. He completed the look with a camouflage cap adorned with the National Wild Turkey Association logo. Despite his typically laid-back style, Combs appeared slightly tired after his flight from New Zealand, sporting a weary expression as he made his way through the airport.
Accompanied by a companion, possibly a bandmate, Combs quickly headed for the nearest cafe, where the pair chatted while waiting for their caffeine fix. He left with a small iced coffee in hand, ready for the next leg of his journey.
Luke’s Australian tour will begin with two shows at Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium on January 24 and 25, followed by performances at Sydney’s Accor Stadium on January 31 and February 1, and wrapping up in Melbourne at Marvel Stadium on February 7 and 8. The tour comes on the heels of his recently released fifth studio album, Fathers and Sons, where Combs reflects on his experiences as a new parent.
