Rising alt-country star Colby T. Helms has been announced as one of the support acts for Brennan Edwards’ highly anticipated 2025 Winter US tour. Helms, who has been making waves in the Americana scene, will open for Edwards at The Grey Eagle in Asheville, North Carolina, on February 25th, and at Eddie’s Attic in Decatur, Georgia, on February 26th.
Edwards shared his excitement for the tour on social media, noting, “Got a mess of good shows coming up with some of my favorite musicians out there. Get your tickets at the link in my bio. Praise God.” Alongside Helms, Edwards will also be joined by Joe Clark for a performance at The Basement in Nashville, Tennessee. Tickets for the newly announced dates are now available.
Before his US tour appearances, Helms will embark on his first-ever UK headline tour in early February, performing in cities like Brighton, London, Norwich, and Manchester. The ‘Mountain Brandy’ singer is set to bring his Appalachian-infused alt-country sound to audiences across the UK, continuing to build his growing fanbase following the success of his debut album, Tales of Misfortune.
Helms’ upcoming tour follows a breakthrough year, with his comparisons to Tyler Childers further solidifying his place in the alt-country scene. His 2024 UK debut at AmericanaFest helped establish his international presence, and his 2025 is poised to be another milestone year for the burgeoning artist.
