Heidi Montag has surprised fans with the release of Superficial 2, the highly anticipated follow-up to her 2010 album Superficial. The Hills alum took to social media on January 24, announcing the album’s launch and expressing gratitude for the support she’s received. Montag shared, “SURPRISE! As a special thank you for all the love and support, and for making my dream of being a @billboard charting artist come true, here is SUPERFICIAL 2.” The album features 12 new tracks.
The release comes after Montag and her husband, Spencer Pratt, tragically lost their home in the Pacific Palisades wildfire. The outpouring of support in the wake of the loss has propelled Superficial to new heights, earning spots on several Billboard charts, including the Billboard 200, Top Album Sales, Top Dance Albums, and Hot Dance/Pop Songs for the week of January 25.
