Bill Medley, the legendary Rock & Roll Hall of Famer, has unveiled his latest track, “He Stopped Loving Her Today”, the fourth release from his upcoming country album, Straight From The Heart. The album, set to drop February 21 via Curb Records, features Medley’s signature baritone reinterpreting classic country ballads alongside Michael McDonald, Vince Gill, Keb’ Mo’, and Shawn Colvin.
Medley’s highly anticipated album has already delivered standout collaborations, including “These Days” featuring Vince Gill, showcasing his bluesy roots; “(Since You’ve) Gone” with Keb’ Mo’, capturing deep remorse and regret; and “Crying Time” with Michael McDonald, blending soul and harmony.
To celebrate the album’s release, Medley will make his Grand Ole Opry debut on February 22. He and his musical partner Bucky Heard are also performing a Las Vegas residency at South Point Casino while gearing up for a nationwide tour. Fans can expect a nostalgic journey through Medley’s iconic catalog, cementing his legacy as one of music’s most enduring voices.
