Sheffield-based electro-emo trio Air Drawn Dagger has revealed plans for their debut full-length album, A Guide For Apparitions, set for release in April 2025 via Long Branch Records.
Produced by Neil Kennedy (Creeper, Boston Manor), the album promises a blend of haunting, powerful sounds. The band describes the record as a “Grimoire” for those haunted by their past or a “guide” for those trapped in unfamiliar realms.
Alongside the announcement, Air Drawn Dagger has dropped their second single, “Apparitions,” which features Tobi Duncan from Trash Boat. This follows the release of their first single, “Castle,” last month. The new track delivers heavy guitar riffs and explores themes of accountability, anger, and personal growth. The band explains, “It’s about realizing you’ve outgrown parts of your life and belief systems, and letting go of what no longer serves you.”
Fans can expect A Guide For Apparitions to explore the complexities of change, loss, and the fight for personal liberation.
