Black Sabbath has unveiled more star-studded names for their much-anticipated final reunion concert, set to take place on July 5 at Villa Park in Birmingham, England. The newly announced additions to the Back to the Beginning show include Guns N’ Roses, Tool, and Aquaman actor Jason Momoa, who will host the event. Rage Against the Machine’s Tom Morello has been tapped as the musical director, with other confirmed acts including Rival Sons, Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith, producer Andrew Watt, and bassist Dave Ellefson.

This monumental performance will mark the first time in two decades that Black Sabbath’s original lineup—Ozzy Osbourne, guitarist Tony Iommi, bassist Geezer Butler, and drummer Bill Ward—will reunite on stage. In a recent statement on his SiriusXM show Ozzy Speaks, Osbourne explained, “I’m not planning on doing a set with Black Sabbath, but I am doing little bits and pieces with them. I am doing what I can, where I feel comfortable.”

Osbourne’s last full concert took place on December 31, 2018, during his No More Tours trek. Just two months later, he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, which has impacted his ability to continue large-scale performances and led to multiple tour cancellations.

Described as “the final show” on promotional materials, the Back to the Beginning concert will also feature a slew of heavy metal legends, including Metallica, Slayer, Anthrax, Pantera, Lamb of God, Mastodon, Alice in Chains, Halestorm, and Gojira. Fans can expect an unforgettable farewell performance as Black Sabbath bids adieu to a legendary career.
