Emily Zeck is paying tribute to the bold women who’ve paved the way for women’s voices to be heard with her empowering new single, “Loud Mouth Women.” In the song, Zeck reflects on her own roots, hailing from a long line of outspoken women, and gives a shout-out to icons like Hillary Clinton, Miss Piggy, and even Dora the Explorer for challenging the status quo and turning the volume up.
“This song is so special to me,” said Zeck. “It connects me to all the strong-willed women who came before me, and I hope it resonates with women everywhere.” She also expressed excitement over the creation of the quirky music video, which turned out as “uncomfy and odd” as she had hoped. “Here’s to all the women who ain’t afraid to say something when they see something. Cheers!”
In the music video, directed by Chad Crawford and chuckmylord, Zeck finds herself in a playful yet surreal 1960s housewife scenario. She looks after a mannequin cowboy in an exaggerated, satirical domestic setting—spoon-feeding him, rubbing his feet, and even performing a hula dance, before tucking him into bed. The visual takes on a light-hearted dystopian twist, further emphasizing the song’s message of empowerment.
