Bristol-based metalcore band RXPTRS has unveiled the music video for their latest single, “The Horror Show (nobody puts nepo baby in the corner).” Following their October 2023 release of “Hellbillies,” the new track offers a bold, tongue-in-cheek commentary on the music industry’s bias toward nepotism.
Vocalist Simon Roach explains that the song is a “love letter to the misfits and the marginalized,” inspired by the band’s experiences. Roach emphasizes the absurdity of an industry that often prioritizes connections over talent, with the track serving as a powerful reclamation of their narrative.
