Chloe Moriondo is ready to share her most personal project to date with the upcoming album Oyster, set for release on March 28. The 22-year-old singer-songwriter describes the album as “an outpouring of pent-up energy,” a culmination of her evolving sound and deeply vulnerable lyrics.

Since debuting with the ukulele-driven Rabbit Hearted in 2018, Moriondo has explored various musical styles, from heartfelt pop-punk on 2021’s Blood Bunny to fuzzed-out, radio-friendly anthems on 2022’s SUCKERPUNCH. Oyster blends all of those elements, while showcasing Moriondo’s most introspective and raw songwriting to date.

“This feels like a very special project,” Moriondo admits. “I’m nervous, as I always am before releasing things, but especially because this one’s so personal.” Fans can expect a dynamic album that both explores her artistic growth and reveals a deeper side of the artist.
