The Forestview Middle School Planetarium is set to host a week of vibrant laser shows from February 25 to March 1, offering a dazzling experience with music and lights choreographed to iconic tunes.
After a brief hiatus, the laser shows are back, with a variety of musical genres to enjoy. Attendees will be treated to shows featuring the hits of legendary artists like AC/DC, Journey, Queen, Prince, and The Beatles. For younger guests, a kids’ show will bring the magic of The Wizard of Oz and other family favorites to life. Meanwhile, fans of Stranger Things can enjoy a laser show set to the series’ memorable soundtrack.
The lineup also includes shows dedicated to ‘80s and ‘90s hits, along with rock anthems from Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, and more. While the Taylor Swift show is already fully booked as of February 17, organizers encourage interested parties to check for possible cancellations via the planetarium’s website.
Each show lasts approximately 50-55 minutes, with mesmerizing laser graphics displayed across the dome to complement the music. The cost is $5 per person, and reservations must be made online, with payment in cash at the door.
Shows run at 5:30 p.m., 6:45 p.m., and 9 p.m. daily through March 1, and with only 60 seats available per show, tickets are expected to sell out quickly.
