American hardcore punk band The Warriors have revealed details of their highly anticipated new album, Burn Yourself Alive, slated for release in March via Pure Noise Records. The upcoming album serves as the follow-up to their 2019 release, Monomyth.
In a statement, the band emphasized that Burn Yourself Alive is not a call for destruction but a celebration of life and creation in dark times. “While we still have a heartbeat, we have the opportunity to create: better art, better music, and better forms of governance,” they said. Drawing inspiration from Charles Bukowski’s famous quote, “Find what you love and let it kill you,” they encourage listeners to “find your spark” and “burn yourself alive.”
Along with the album announcement, The Warriors have released a new music video for the track “My Blood,” the second single from the upcoming record, following the release of “Foreign Pain” in November 2024.
