Rock band Black Map has revealed the upcoming release of their album Hex, slated for May 9th via Spinefarm Records, marking their debut with the label.
In celebration of the announcement, the band has shared the title track from the album as their first official single, accompanied by a music video.
Vocalist and bassist Ben Flanagan describes the song as a reflection on finding mental clarity amidst life’s challenges. “It’s about finding that place that clears away the storm we’re facing,” he says. “For me, it’s always been music, but everyone has something they can channel to make things better. The ‘come get it’ is a call to action for that.”
