Shakira’s Medellín Concert Postponed Over Stage Safety Issues

by Crystal-cq

Shakira’s highly anticipated concert in Medellín, Colombia, scheduled for February 24, has been postponed due to safety concerns. Event organizers revealed that the roof of the stage, set up by the local production team at Estadio Atanasio Girardot, was damaged during the setup process, posing risks to the safety of the artist, her crew, and the audience.

The singer, who was recently forced to reschedule another concert in Lima, Peru, after being hospitalized for an abdominal condition, expressed her regret over the unforeseen delay. In a note shared on social media, Shakira apologized to fans, assuring them that both her team and the promoter are working together to reschedule the show. “The safety of everyone involved is our top priority,” she emphasized.
