K-pop group ASTRO has released “Twilight,” a special track celebrating their ninth anniversary and symbolizing their hopeful journey toward the future with their fans. Released on Sunday, the song features a warm and uplifting melody, blending diverse instrumentals with the members’ harmonies.
The group’s leader, JinJin, who took charge of producing the single, explained that “Twilight” reflects ASTRO’s journey through difficult times, leading to a new dawn of possibilities.
Since debuting in February 2016, ASTRO has made it a tradition to celebrate each anniversary with new music. Last year, the group commemorated their milestone with “Circles,” a gift to their official fanbase, Aroha.
Following the loss of Moonbin and Rocky’s departure, the remaining members of ASTRO — JinJin, Cha Eun-woo, MJ, and Yoon San-ha — continue to pursue individual projects. Eun-woo recently appeared on tvN’s reality show Rented in Finland and is filming the Netflix series The Wonderfuls. MJ performed in the musical Zorro: Actor-Musician, while JinJin held his first solo concert in February. Yoon San-ha is preparing for his own solo performance on March 21.
