Rising country music artist Tucker Wetmore is set to release his highly anticipated debut album, What Not To, on April 25. The 19-track record, available via UMG Nashville in partnership with Back Blocks Music, reflects Wetmore’s journey through the highs and lows of his first 25 years.
The album’s lead single, “3,2,1,” written by Josh Miller, Summer Overstreet, and Jordan Reynolds, explores themes of regret and missed opportunities. The poignant lyrics, “three words, two late, damn girl you’re the one that got away,” set the tone for Wetmore’s honest and introspective songwriting.
Looking ahead to 2025, Wetmore will headline shows in the UK, US, and Europe, including a sold-out performance at London’s Electric Ballroom. Additionally, he will join Thomas Rhett as direct support on the Better In Boots Tour across 33 dates this summer. Wetmore will also perform at Country 2 Country, Europe’s largest country music festival, in March.
Last summer, Wetmore made waves with his tracks “Already Had It” and “Steal My Thunder” on the Twisters soundtrack and made his Grand Ole Opry debut in September. Recently, he was named an Opry NextStage Artist, further cementing his place in the country music spotlight.
