The journey to success started during a casual writing session in Nashville with songwriter Aaron Raitiere. The duo quickly crafted the song’s verses, pulling from life’s unpredictable moments. Langley initially thought the track would only be a fun addition to bonfire nights, but her manager, Maya Hansen, saw the potential and pushed for its inclusion on Langley’s album Excuse the Mess.
