Olivia Kuper Harris left a lasting impression during her Blind Audition on The Voice, taking the stage with a soulful rendition of Doris Day’s classic “Dream a Little Dream of Me.” The Dallas-born singer’s performance, rich with nostalgia and smooth, jazz-infused vocals, transported the room to a bygone era of music.
Her captivating voice quickly earned the attention of John Legend, who was the first to turn his chair, followed by Adam Levine and Kelsea Ballerini. Levine, eager to have Harris on his team, encouraged Ballerini to make her move, asking, “What are you waiting for?”
As the competition intensifies, all eyes are on how Harris will progress under Legend’s guidance. If her audition is any indicator, she may very well be the next great jazz revivalist of the season.
