The inaugural Las Vegas Songwriters Festival is set to take place at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino from August 21-24, 2025. Presented by MGM Resorts International and Entersong Entertainment, the event will showcase 50 award-winning country music songwriters and feature 100 live performances across various venues within the resort.
The festival will include performances by legendary songwriters such as Bob DiPiero, known for hits like Kathy Mattea’s “Walking Away a Winner” and Tim McGraw’s “Southern Voice”; Dean Dillon, famous for writing “Tennessee Whiskey” and several George Strait classics; Liz Rose, whose credits include Little Big Town’s “Girl Crush” and Taylor Swift’s “Fearless”; and Victoria Shaw, the writer behind Garth Brooks’ “The River” and John Michael Montgomery’s “I Love The Way You Love Me.”
Fans can purchase general admission or VIP tickets, with room-and-ticket packages available. Artist pre-sales began on Wednesday, February 26, followed by MGM Rewards members’ pre-sale on Thursday, February 27. Tickets for the general public will be available starting Friday, February 28.
