J-Hope is set to release his highly anticipated new single, Sweet Dreams, on March 7, featuring Grammy-winning artist Miguel. The track will be accompanied by a visually captivating music video, with J-Hope sharing a sneak peek through the single’s cover art, which depicts him cruising through the clouds in a convertible.
Described by BigHit Music as a “soulful blend of pop and R&B,” Sweet Dreams explores the universal theme of longing for love and connection. This collaboration with Miguel adds to J-Hope’s impressive list of past partnerships, which include artists like Benny Blanco, Nile Rodgers, J. Cole, and BTS bandmate Jungkook.
Sweet Dreams marks J-Hope’s first release as a lead artist since his Hope on the Street, Vol. 1 EP, which came out while he was completing his mandatory military service in South Korea. The EP also served as the soundtrack for his six-part documentary series.
In addition to the new music, J-Hope will embark on his first-ever solo tour, Hope on the Stage, beginning February 28 in Seoul. The world tour will take him to cities like Brooklyn, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Manila, before concluding in Osaka in June.
