Babymonster has hit a major milestone, with the music video for their track “Drip” reaching 200 million views on YouTube in under 120 days, according to their label, YG Entertainment. This achievement comes just months after the video surpassed 100 million views in a remarkable 21 days. “Drip” is the title track from the group’s debut studio album, which marked their first entry on the Billboard 200 chart at No. 149. The single also debuted on Billboard’s Global Excl. US and Global 200 charts at No. 16 and No. 30, respectively.
This marks the third Babymonster music video to reach the 200 million mark, following successes with “Sheesh” and “Batter Up.” The group is now preparing for their American tour, which kicks off this Friday in New Jersey, after launching their first international tour, “Hello Monsters,” with two shows in Seoul last weekend.
