Mumbai-based rap music star The Siege (Siegan Moopanar) has returned with a fresh new single, Paanch Baje, collaborating with singer Natik and emerging artist Shaira. Known for tracks like Bubblecars, Bhaagna, and Chhupna, The Siege continues to push boundaries with this latest release.
The Siege shared the creative process behind Paanch Baje. “The track came together towards the end of 2023,” he explained. “Natik, the producer from Delhi, and I have been working together since 2019. He sent me a rough version of the beat, and it instantly inspired a verse from me. We’ve always exchanged ideas and music over the years, and this track was no different.”
The artist also revealed that he discovered Shaira online and thought his style would complement the song. “I thought he would be the perfect fit for the track,” said The Siege. Together, the trio refined the song, blending new elements and adding a Bollywood flair to make the track universally relatable.
