Linkin Park has dropped their first new track since last year’s comeback album From Zero. The song, titled “Up From The Bottom,” is now available on streaming platforms. It will also feature on a deluxe edition of the album, set to be released on May 16.
Guitarist and vocalist Mike Shinoda expressed gratitude for the positive reception to From Zero, saying, “We are so grateful for the incredible reception. This new chapter, our continuing journey, and the connection between the band and fans has been more than we could’ve hoped for. Thank you for listening.”
In an interview with Billboard last month, DJ Joe Hahn shared his thoughts on the new single, calling it “the best song we’ve ever made.” Shinoda also praised the accompanying music video, describing it as “one of the best we’ve ever had.”
The band had hinted at the release of “Up From The Bottom” earlier this month in the second part of a YouTube documentary about their upcoming world tour. The documentary ended with Shinoda and lead singer Emily Armstrong recording a new song, which has now been revealed as the new single.
Linkin Park’s 2025 tour will begin on April 26 at the Moody Center in Austin, TX. The band will then head to Europe in June, returning to North America for more shows later that month, followed by South American dates in October and November. Full tour dates are listed below.
