As part of their role, BOYNEXTDOOR will promote the tournament, which begins on September 12. They will also headline the opening ceremony in Manila.

The members of BOYNEXTDOOR shared their thoughts, saying, “We are excited to be global ambassadors during a meaningful year when the South Korean national team is participating. We also feel a strong sense of responsibility.”

They added, “We will do our best to help many people discover the excitement of volleyball. Together with all the fans who love the sport, we will support the success of the tournament.”

The FIVB also released a statement, saying, “As global ambassadors of the 2025 Men’s World Championship, BOYNEXTDOOR will play an important role in promoting sportsmanship, unity, and the competitive spirit. Their global influence will help attract more attention to volleyball and foster cultural exchange. This will support the tournament’s goal of bringing nations together through volleyball.”
