Doja Cat’s ‘Paint The Town Red’ single dominates #1 for second week

by Patria

For the second week in a row, Doja Cat is officially at #1 in the UK with Paint The Town Red.

Last week, Paint The Town Red became Doja’s first ever UK Number 1 single and continues to hold the top spot despite strong competition from Olivia Rodrigo. The hard-hitting rap track, which features a sample of the Dionne Warwick classic Walk On By, is the most streamed track in the country for the second week in a row.

Olivia also secures the highest new entry of the week as get him back! debuts at #7, becoming her seventh Top 10 single.

Taken from the Stones’ forthcoming new album Hackney Diamonds, Angry’s buzzy new music video stars Euphoria actress Sydney Sweeney.

Finally, Cardi B & Megan Thee Stallion have reunited following their #1 hit WAP in 2020. The frantic Bongos debuts at number 35, becoming Cardi’s 14th and Megan’s fifth Top 40 hit.
