NSYNC aren’t going to tour – but Justin Timberlake is going to tour

A “big tour” is in the works for Justin Timberlake next year.

The Sexy Back hitmaker recently teamed up with NSYNC colleagues JC Chasez, Lance Bass, Chris Kirkpatrick and Joey Fatone for their first new song in two decades, Better Place, which is featured in the trailer for upcoming film Trolls Band Together, but despite speculation the group will hit the road for a string of live dates, insiders claim that’s not the case and instead the 42-year-old star has several major solo projects in the pipeline.

A source told the New York Post’s Page Six column: “Justin has a new album coming out, so he’s planning a big U.S. tour for 2024.”

This comes after NSYNC, 10 years after their last public performance at the awards show, performed together at the VMAs earlier this month.

They went on stage to present the Best Pop, one of nine awards Taylor Swift won on the evening.

JC told the crowd: “Over 20 years ago we were here when we won Best Pop Video for ‘Bye Bye Bye’. It was our first VMA and it meant the world to us.

Chris added: “That award validated all of our hard work.

This comes on the heels of J.C., Lance, Chris and Joey joining Justin for a short performance during a medley at the 2013 VMA’s, where he won the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award that night.
