During her Las Vegas residency, Kylie Minogue “can’t wait to party”.
The 55-year-old pop star is set to kick off a residency at The Venetian hotel in Sin City in November, but Kylie has revealed she can’t wait to start having fun in Vegas.
Speaking to The Sun on Sunday newspaper, she said: “Hell yeah, I am going to go out in Vegas.
“I can walk down the strip. Why not? I will figure it out.
“I did that when I did a pre-show visit to see the city.
“I can still party.
“My typical thing is I say, ‘No, no, I can’t – it’s a school night. I’m busy.’
“But then I go and I am the last one there. I am at the top of the bar. I usually am.”
However, Kylie has no interest in hitting the roulette tables in Vegas.
Instead, the pop star is keen to enjoy “the entertainment and the food”.
She said: “Honestly, I am not really good at gambling. It’s not my thing.
“I will probably be like, ‘Right, you have 20 bucks’ and go to a ten-cent slot machine.
“I’m just there for the entertainment and the food.”
Meantime, Kylie admitted she was amazed by her own success in the music business.
The singer – who is the best-selling Australian female artist of all time – shared: “If anyone had told me when I was 17 and making my first demo tape that I would have a place in global pop music, it would have been overwhelming.
“I didn’t have a plan. I am not very good at long-term planning. I am more reactive.
