American nu-metal giants Korn are gearing up for their first London performance in seven years. The band, consisting of James ‘Munky’ Shaffer, Reginald ‘Fieldy’ Arvizu, Brian ‘Head’ Welch, and Jonathan Davis, along with the addition of Ray Luzier, last graced the UK stage at the 2022 Download festival in Derby. However, they have been absent from the capital since their 2017 appearance.

Making a highly anticipated comeback, Korn will headline their largest UK gig to date at London’s Gunnersbury Park on Sunday, August 11. The event will feature special guests including Denzel Curry, Spiritbox, Wargasm, and Loathe.

Expressing their excitement, frontman Jonathan Davis shared, “We’re really excited to play a big show for our London fans in a different kind of setting. It’s been 7 years since we last played London, so we’re ready to bring it to Gunnersbury Park with our incredible supporting artists: Denzel Curry, Spiritbox, Wargasm, and Loathe.”

Florida rapper Denzel Curry, known for his 2018 debut album ‘TA13OO,’ playfully warned fans to brace themselves for his collaboration with the iconic ‘Freak on a Leash’ rockers this summer. He proclaimed, “Me and KORN about to slaughter s*** when we get back in the UK. Be Ready.”

Spiritbox, recognized for hits like ‘Circle With Me’ and ‘Holy Roller,’ led by Courtney LaPlante, also expressed their enthusiasm for returning to the UK. They said, “We’re excited to be back in London, playing with some of our favourite artists. To come back to London in 2024 in such a massive way is a huge honour for us.”

Emerging rockers Wargasm, honored to share the stage with Korn, expressed their gratitude for the support received from the alternative rock veterans, who celebrated their 30th anniversary in 2023. Wargasm stated, “Having the chance to finally be on a lineup with Korn after having received so much love and support from Munky and Jonathan in the past feels great. The day is going to be relentless, and we’re very happy to be a part of it.”

Tickets for this highly anticipated event will be available for general sale starting at 10 am on Friday, January 12.
