Olivia Rodrigo surprised fans with an unexpected appearance during No Doubt’s performance at Coachella on Saturday.
The young ‘Vampire’ star took the stage alongside the reunited group on the festival’s main stage in Los Angeles. Together, they performed No Doubt’s 2000 hit ‘Bathwater’, with Olivia and frontwoman Gwen Stefani trading verses.
Dressed in a tank top bearing the slogan “I 3 ND,” Olivia shared a warm embrace with Gwen at the song’s end before exiting the stage together.
This marked Olivia’s and No Doubt’s debut performances at Coachella and the band’s first show together since their hiatus nine years ago.
Their setlist featured classics like ‘Hella Good’, ‘Don’t Speak’, and ‘Just a Girl’, alongside lesser-known favorites including ‘Different People’, ‘Happy Now?’, and ‘Total Hate 92’.
Olivia recently praised Gwen as a “true artist” in an interview with NYLON magazine, highlighting Gwen’s ability to evolve across musical styles while staying true to herself.
At 15, Olivia discovered No Doubt’s 2000 album ‘Return of Saturn’, connecting deeply with its themes. She praised Gwen’s unapologetic expression of womanhood and emotional depth in her songwriting, calling her a source of inspiration.
