The 34-year-old artist recently took to Instagram to reveal the debut single from her highly anticipated album, titled “Fortnight” featuring @postmalone.
In her Instagram post on Thursday, Taylor shared her excitement about collaborating with Post Malone, praising his songwriting skills, musical experimentation, and memorable melodies. She expressed her admiration for Post’s creative process and the magic they experienced while working together on “Fortnight.”
Taylor wrote, “Honestly can’t wait for you guys to hear this song at Midnight TONIGHT and see the video at 8pm ET TOMORROW.”
Accompanying the announcement was the single’s cover art, a striking black and white image showing Taylor and Post casually seated together, gazing into the camera lens.
This collaboration marks the first time Taylor Swift and Post Malone have worked together.
In addition to Post Malone, “The Tortured Poets Department” will also feature the renowned rock band Florence and the Machine.
